Introduction

Finding the best coffee is an abstractive idea as each one of us has different taste. The coffee which we like is in most cases the coffee which we are use to drink at home or at work. Most of us do not even contemplate the taste of their usual cup of coffee which we grab on the go in the morning before leaving home. Paris is a very specific place if we talk about coffee. As you know, one of the most famous image of the city is a cosy restaurant where parisians slowly sip they coffee looking at the other side of the street. Coffee replace breakfast as the french word " petit dejeuner" means " small lunch" it is really small or does not exist at all. When I first arrived to the city, obviously I was dying to taste the parisian coffee. As soon as I did it I met with great disappointment. It was a huge surprise for me as for many months I was not able to find a place where the coffee suits my taste. Not like Italy, where I was drinking several cups of cappuccino every day and I was ecstatic every single time! Maybe the french coffee it is just not for me? Well, my resolution was to find out why it is so and to find my coffee heaven in Paris. I will share my personal opinion here with You. I wanna take you for this journey.
